Dream Work

Where meaning unfolds…

Dreams can feel vivid, unsettling, beautiful, or confusing. Sometimes they linger. Sometimes they repeat. Sometimes they carry emotions that don’t make sense but may leave you feeling that something significant has just happened.

Dream work is the practice of gently exploring those experiences and listening for what your inner world may be processing.

I’m Karen Lutz, and I guide people through the curious exploration of their dreams. In our sessions, we look at recurring themes, vivid imagery, and the emotions that linger after waking.

My role isn’t to impose meaning, but to help you notice what may already be unfolding within you. This work is thoughtful, collaborative and full of heartfelt meaning.

A dream is a doorway that illuminates your path. What is your dream illuminating?

  • Private dream work sessions offer a respectful and reflective space to explore the images, emotions, and patterns unfolding in your dreams. Through thoughtful conversation and gentle inquiry, the dream is approached with curiosity and care, allowing the dreamer’s own insights and meanings to emerge naturally.

  • Group presentations and work shops introduce dream work to wellness practices, women’s circles, spiritual organizations and community groups interested in deepening personal insight and developing a richer relationship with the wisdom of their dreams.

  • Small dream group sessions offer a shared space for reflection and exploration. Participants bring their dreams into a guided conversation, uncovering themes and insight together in a supportive and respectful environment.
